Woodland & Fairlawn takes its name from Fairlawn Drive, where the founder grew up, and Woodland, the location of his first rental property.
Together, they represent a simple idea: where you begin should continue to shape how you build. That means understanding the property, respecting the person behind it, and looking beyond the transaction.
